Concessionary Fare Changes from 1 September 2024.
Due to the withdrawal of the Nantwich Rural bus services, effective from 1st September 2024, the following will apply to concessionary bus pass holders using go-too:

No timetable, no routes – just your local, demand responsive bus service when and where you need it.
Download the go-too app from your smartphone’s app store.
Open the app, (create an account on your first visit), choose your pick up and drop off points, the time you want to travel and pay your fare.
The app will plan the best route and will keep you informed with travel updates.
You’ll receive a reminder before you travel so that you don’t miss your bus!
You can book using the app or by phone.
It’s a bit like booking a taxi, but you will share your transport with others, just as you would share a bus. Your go-too service takes you to your destination from your nearest ‘virtual’ bus stop.

As go-too is a rural transport initiative, you cannot travel within the light green zone only but there are other bus services available to you in this area.

go-too vehicles can accommodate a passenger in a wheelchair, but a wheelchair assessment is required before booking. Call 0300 123 5103 to schedule the assessment.
Ensure the wheelchair accessibility option is enabled in your account to reserve space when booking.
From 18 August 2024 cancellation charges will take effect
Starting 18 August 2024, go-too will be introducing a charge for passengers who cancel their journey less than 2-hours before travel and the full fare will be due. We understand that plans can change so if you make a booking for immediate pick up, you will have a 3-minute window to cancel your booking without incurring a charge. Otherwise, a minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required for all cancelled journeys.
